Jim Lett Sr.

Jim Lett has been President of A.B.E. Doors & Windows since its founding in 1974, leading the company in sales and installation of residential and commercial garage doors, entry doors and replacement windows. He directs new business opportunities, continued improvement of sales and installation quality and efficiency, as well as relationship building with suppliers, consumers and the community.

Jim offers decades of experience in the door and window replacement and installation industry and has served on the International Door Association’s Board of Directors, where he most recently served as president. Jim has also served on the Board of Directors of the Tri State Door Dealers Association. He is also a member of the Lehigh Valley Executive Business Forum, Northeast Door & Operator Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and the National Association of Home Builders.

Jim has been an active member of the Lehigh Valley community and a member of the Emmaus Rotary Club. He has served on the Advisory Board, Carpentry Advisory Committee of the Lehigh County Vocational-Technical School. He has also served on the board of directors of the Small Business Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Governors of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Shannon Seng

Our office manager Shannon has been with A.B.E for over 25 years. She is a free spirit who loves exploring the wilderness, crocheting, and solving puzzles. When she’s not in the office you can find her volunteering as a Girl Scout troop leader or running with her Women’s Group twice a week–her great feat is 13 mile!. Shannon's family is camping their way through all the PA state parks. One of her bucket list goals is to hike the entirety of the Appalachian trail (when she retires of course). Marc Rapchak

Our General Manager Marc Rapchak started working at A.B.E in 1996 and has been general manager since 2000. Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, he graduated from Mansfield University with a BS in Business Administration and is a proud member of the Alpha Chi Rho fraternity. Like most of us, he is a Phillies fan, and is raising his two boys, Kyle and Dylan, to hopefully root the same way. For over 20 years, he traveled the country playing Man's Fastpitch Softball. Started working at A.B.E. Doors & Windows in Feb 1993 as an Inside Sales Consultant straight out of college. He is married to Jill Rapchak, and enjoys spending time with his extended family and going to classic car shows.
