We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Thalia Kiapokas—a dedicated professional with deep roots in the Bethlehem community and a truly unique career journey.

A proud Bethlehem native, Thalia brings with her over 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Throughout her career, she built a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to helping others navigate complex systems. Now, she’s bringing that same level of dedication and work ethic into the construction field—an exciting new chapter that reflects her willingness to grow, adapt, and take on new challenges.

Outside of work, Thalia is incredibly creative. She enjoys crafting, especially making handmade wreaths and decorative pieces that showcase her artistic eye and attention to detail. Her creativity is not only a personal passion but also something that shines through in everything she does.

Thalia is also a big fan of live music and can often be found at concerts, supporting artists and enjoying the energy of the crowd. Music is a big part of her life, especially close to home—her son is the drummer for a local heavy metal band, making concerts a family affair and a source of pride.

Family and community are central to who Thalia is. She grew up in a hardworking household—her parents owned and operated a pizza shop in Bethlehem for 15 years, instilling in her the values of dedication, customer service, and perseverance from a young age.
