2 technicians arrived right on time, removed the old window and installed a new thermal window. They were neat and cleaned everything inside and outside before they left. Their work was done very professionally. Covered everything with aluminum flashing, the wiped the flashing clean of all finger prints and marks, they cleaned the window inside and out. Prompt service and quality products! We purchased a storm door from ABE several years ago on the recommendation of our neighbors. They said we should purchase a top-quality door because we’re on top of a hill and the strong winds will break a regular storm door. We have never regretted this decision. During a recent bout of high winds, the door got away from someone and was caught in the wind causing it to tilt and close with much difficulty. ABE came out to fix it the day after we called and it’s as good as new. We’re convinced a lesser quality door would’ve had to have been replaced.
